    Inferior SUV Is XUV500

    From outside the vehicle looks quite appealing but the worst part are the brakes. I virtually came out alive twice in XUV500 for the fault of the brakes. The effectiveness of the brakes are very poor for sudden braking, after the speed of 100km/hr.     Good Car

    I had read a lot about how bad this car is, but, after reviewing the market well I bought the XUV 5OO. So, far touch wood the experience is wonderful.     It's Not A Bad Move To Buy This SUV

    I got the XUV500 in Sept 2013 and I've done almost 1000km.  Look and Style: I believe it has got stunning looks and is a head turner.     Don't Ever Buy An XUV 500

    This is the worst car I have ever purchased and driven. They sell defective cars and then tell you that as per their policy they can only repair parts. They don't even replace the engine or gearbox  in less than 300 Km of use. So, it's better to buy a secondhand car rather than paying for a new one and getting it converted.     Low On Hopes

    Look and Style: Great looks and styling. Comfort: Seats are quite comfortable but for the last row they aren't.   Pickup is good enough with substantial power.    Mileage doesn't really bother me.  Best Features are the outer looks and the interior looks.     Pathetic Service At SKS Bangalore

    Felt proud to be the owner of XUV in  Dec 2011, but happiness was short lived. Now feel like a Genie pig getting experimented at our cost. Post sales support was great for the first 6 months, now there are no people to even answer your call and resolve serious issues.     Air Bag Didnt Deploy

    Mahindra & Mahindra Claims that the safety airbag will be deployed in case of a collision but in it didn't happen in my case. The car was hit by a speeding bus and the Airbags didn't deploy. The car was badly damaged and the passengers got hurt despite having the safety bag inside it.

     I bought the XUV 500 W6 on 11th October, this car is very good in terms of acceleration, braking, and stability. NVH levels inside the car are also very good. Driving is also comfortable.     XUV500 Is Good SUV Small Issues Though

    I had purchased as all back seat can be put down and made as a full bed. I purchased an air bed of 6ft by 3.5ft and for my long drives, I keep it on back seats down.     Mahindra XUV- Service and Repair is quite bad - and so is the vehicle

    I was one of the first to get delivery of the XUV- W8 in Mumbai and the XUV was good for initial 2-3 months. Now there is a list of problems 1. The clutch paddle problem  2.     All the electronic features are good if they work well, seating space in the third row should be improved and the boot space is negligible while travelling with 7 persons.     Feel Apologetic About XUV500

      Pickup is good , no complaint about that. But the glove box in the middle of the console just above the interactive screen should have made matted so that it doesn't blind the driver due to Sun's reflection.
