I bought the Tata Nexon Ev Max a year ago. When I bought the vehicle, the company assured me that this car would provide fuel efficiency of 437kms per charge, as documented in the company's records and booklets. I often utilize this car for leisure trips, family shopping, and primarily within the city. Occasionally, I also venture out to more distant places. However, I am experiencing a significantly low mileage of nearly 200 kms per charge. Unfortunately, when I reached out to the company to address this issue, they explained that there are various factors that can influence a car's mileage. I understand that these factors are normal, but it concerns me greatly that there is a drastic difference of 237 kilometers on a single charge, which is less than half of what I expected. Furthermore, the company has made assertions about this matter, yet has failed to supply the necessary charging equipment for the vehicles. Additionally, the company is not transparent in providing essential information to its customers, deliberately concealing crucial details from consumers. It is on the basis of this incomplete information that they conduct sales transactions with customers. Moreover, once customers lodge complaints with the company representatives, they neglect to address the issues at hand adequately or offer appropriate solutions. I have registered a complaint with the respected District Consumer Redressal Commission in Jabalpur. I strongly advise against purchasing this box of worthless items.
