A great car with poor after sales and services
Renault Duster AWD RxZ 110 PS has great pickup and mileage @13 km. After sales had initial issues with the air conditioner - identification of the problem took 50000 km of the initial run. Expensive Parts
I have driven my car more than 80,000 km, good on-road presence and good highway control except for the service part I am happy with the overall performance of the car. I would suggest people if you want cheap SUV then only go with duster otherwise go with Hyundai or Ford. Its parts are expensive moreover you will find untrained service engineer.

Check ur air vents duster
Renaut Duster is an average car for the Indian middle-class family. Reasonable mileage of 15.5 km/l without AC and 10.5 km/l with AC, nice turning radius n good clearance, but air filters for ac n engine air filters has to be changed timely. The rest it needs to be serviced thoroughly.

Air Filter Issues
It's an average car but I am not happy with the dust collection inside the car. The car has slow air control on both air-conditions. The space between the driver and the navigator is always filled with dust. Even the service centres can't clean the dirt. Renault Duster Bad Brakes
Renault has very bad brakes, I have bought duster rxs in 2017, brake paddle is making so much noise overall braking system is very bad. Also, the cabin plastic dashboard is making very bad noise.

Never buy Renault duster
I have Renault Duster RXz 110ps with Mileage of 11.8 to 13.2km/L. Duster has a regular issue of (Engine part called) High pressure pump which delivers Diesel from Diesel tank to Engine. Never buy ps110 duster
There is a reported problem of the injectors. I am always afraid to take my car on a long driving. In my duster ps110 (2015)rxl injectors fail off and on and anywhere.S ervice stations are bogus and mostly cheaters. I am going to sell it by earliest. I honestly suggest not to buy this vehicle.

Serious brake problem

Cant rate the after sales service Its a big sham. I can understand if i don't tell the problem and it becomes big. Problem with back gear
I bought new renult duster 5 months back. Rxs. Since then I sent car thrice to service center as back gear of car get stuck . Now n then . Don't know what to do if it happens with new car . Zero sensitivity of responsibility towards clients. Pathetic experience.

Worthless and waste of money !!!
I have bought a new rxz duster in 2018. Had a fuel tank issue. Everytime I fill the diesel, it leaks. Service centre says the issue is cleared. Again issue continues. Work service from Renault, they are only money makers and doesn't bother about customers safety at all ..

Worst service........
My car's one side is totally damaged on 24th nov 2017 so i went to the service center and they said we have order the parts it will be commin soon. Stuck on the road....There are chances!!!!
Saturday when we were all set to start a journey, the SUV refused to get into the reverse gear and was stuck !We asked a road side assistance and the assistance came in 3 days and moved the vehicle to nearest TVS service point. Rusty car

Think twice and test it at high speeds before you buy
First let me tell you what is wrong with Duster and then move on to good / practical aspects. The major flop with the vehicle is the design and quality of door beadings. Very Low Quality Material Use And Very Noising Car
