Very Low Quality Material Use And Very Noising Car

I Have Renault Duster 85Ps  and it's very noising and humming. I have checked at showroom but they say that every duster have this and its normal means it's not totally a silent car.  The clutch is very hard and I will suggest to never service your car in a showroom. They think we are fools. The radiator cover quality is very low so it's not an off road car and if u have duster then don`t try to off road b`cos cover can break anytime and many consumers have this problem. So if u want to buy a car for about 10 to 11 lacks I think you should think about another car. I'm uploading my duster`s rear tire photo u can see tire is cupping and no one can understand whats the problem. The Showroom people says that it's your tire fault and other garage people says its axle problem and some says its shock absorb problem. So if any have idea please reply what's the defect bcos my car is very humming and noisy.
