    A great car with poor after sales and services

    Renault Duster AWD RxZ 110 PS has great pickup and mileage @13 km. After sales had initial issues with the air conditioner - identification of the problem took 50000 km of the initial run.     I am giving a review for a Five years old car. In a nut shell duster is a good-looking vehicle but terrible quality parts. On two of that the spares are extremely overpriced.     Expensive Parts

    I have driven my car more than 80,000 km, good on-road presence and good highway control except for the service part I am happy with the overall performance of the car. I would suggest people if you want cheap SUV then only go with duster otherwise go with Hyundai or Ford. Its parts are expensive moreover you will find untrained service engineer.

    Check ur air vents duster

    Renaut Duster is an average car for the Indian middle-class family. Reasonable mileage of 15.5 km/l without AC and 10.5 km/l with AC, nice turning radius n good clearance, but air filters for ac n engine air filters has to be changed timely. The rest it needs to be serviced thoroughly.

    Air Filter Issues

    It's an average car but I am not happy with the dust collection inside the car. The car has slow air control on both air-conditions. The space between the driver and the navigator is always filled with dust. Even the service centres can't clean the dirt.     Poor service and defective product

    Worst services & car!!

    I am an owner of Renault Duster RXZ option model. I personally suggest not to go with Renault cars ever in your life. I have driven my car 74000 KMS and has spent More than 2 Lakhs in service and scheduled maintenance. The service center people will fool you to replace the parts and will charge you like anything.     Never buy Renault duster

    I have Renault Duster RXz 110ps with Mileage of 11.8 to 13.2km/L. Duster has a regular issue of (Engine part called) High pressure pump which delivers Diesel from Diesel tank to Engine.     Buy if you are servicing the car yourself

    Cant rate the after sales service Its a big sham. I can understand if i don't tell the problem and it becomes big. But inspite of repeated complaints i was assured that all cars are like this only and then one fine day after n th time of my complaining they found a supra major problem which cost me 80k.     Very high maintenance cost

    1. Excessively high maintenance cost, 2. Poor quality spares . Pathetic post sales service.Spent Rs 20000 (Tweenty thousand ) to repair wheel brake . New duster purchased in December 2015, only 2 Year 5 months old and 23500 Kms driven thats too purely personal use and single handly driven.     Very poor quality parts used in the car And very very poor service quality

    I have a renault duster RXZ disel of 2017 April. In just a one year AC control panel suddenly stop working during drive. Also some whistling noice is comming from engine side.     Problem with back gear

    I bought new renult duster 5 months back. Rxs. Since then I sent car thrice to service center as back gear of car get stuck . Now n then . Don't know what to do if it happens with new car . Zero sensitivity of responsibility towards clients. Pathetic experience.

    Worthless and waste of money !!!

    I have bought a new rxz duster in 2018. Had a fuel tank issue. Everytime I fill the diesel, it leaks. Service centre says the issue is cleared. Again issue continues. Work service from Renault, they are only money makers and doesn't bother about customers safety at all ..

    Worst experience, pathetic car

    Faced issue multiple times with the automatic feature. The suddenly stops anywhere while driving. Bought duster 7 months back and face the issue with a our car multiple times.     Worst service........

    My car's one side is totally damaged on 24th nov 2017 so i went to the service center and they said we have order the parts it will be commin soon. And its 3rd jan 2018 the parts have still not arrived when you cant give the proper service so what the fun of selling the car. Very worst "ghatiya" poor service.     Stuck on the road....There are chances!!!!

    Saturday when we were all set to start a journey, the SUV refused to get into the reverse gear and was stuck !We asked a road side assistance and the assistance came in 3 days and moved the vehicle to nearest TVS service point.     Very expensive maintenance

    The car is a great drive. The following are the drawbacks (a) Very expensive on maintenance. On my 60000Km service I paid Rs 21000/- for servicing and was told by Renault Mayapuri that additional work was required on my car amounting to another Rs 40000/- approx despite my car being under extended warranty at the time of servicing.     Pathetic after sales service

    Renault has pathetic atter sales service. After owning a car for more that 15 years of Maruti, Honda and Hyundai, for the first time i came across the Renault Workshop which is closed on Sundays.     Very Low Quality Material Use And Very Noising Car

    I Have Renault Duster 85Ps  and it's very noising and humming. I have checked at showroom but they say that every duster have this and its normal means it's not totally a silent car.  The clutch is very hard and I will suggest to never service your car in a showroom.
