    Over Rated

    I bought the top model, the service of Maruti pulls down the car back to ancient ages. Pathetic Service dealers. I regret paying 8 lakhย for a Maruti. Will never ever buy.

    Very bad service, please don't go for Maruti Baleno or any of Marutiย vehicles. I purchased a Maruti Baleno 6 monthsย agoย and my battery got damaged which I came to know during my second service.     Worst Car.

    It's not worth the price. Poor plastic quality, brakes, bad suspension, larger turning radius. The good thing is its pick-up in that segment other than there is nothing great about it. The mileage as published is also false, within the city it's around 10 and on the highway around 15 in petrol.     After Sales Services Very Bad

    After-sale services ofย Maruti Baleno are very bad. It has been 1 year and 4 months for usingย Maruti Baleno and it started giving problems like battery problems from the last 2 months. Service centers are not helpful.

    ABS problem.

    Baleno showing regularly ABS problem in only 6-month very bed service center person repair and again facing this problem Service center person told me rat-bite yourย ABS wiring I m not understand why rat interested only in ABS wiring escape another wiring.

    Not so good car from maruti

    An unnecessary overhyped car by Maruti. Built quality not up to the mark. The car feels tortured at high speed. Service cost might be reasonable but the quality is compromised.

    Horrible experience. Brake jam while driving

    Horrible experience. Within the first time (before servicing) 2 times gear jam and the worst is 1-time break jam. It was life-threatening stuff. I didn't see the articles on Baleno break issues and last year Maruti recalled more than 50,000 Card due to that. Guys pls don't get fooled.

    Worst Mileage

    Worst fuel economy, mileage is 10.23 KM/L even after the first service. I will say a BIG NO to this car, Extremely unhappy with this car.

    Just for that suzuki badge I got fooled

    Build quality is poor after a year of owning zeta automatic rattling sounds and road noise Inside the cabin has increased. The surprising part is service guys says "it's common sir".

Now my car is with service center for engine pump replacement coz of break down in my travel. And waiting for availability of new parts which nobody have stock.     Baleno milege problem

    Check milage and buy..baleno sigma 1.3 diesel...only 17 kilometre per llitre in highways, but in city only 15 kilometre per litre...consulted in service centre..they said to drive only 70 to 80km sspeed in highway.. how is it possible..?
