- Promise not kept !!First of all petrol mileage is nowhere near what was promised!! Despite talk claims of smart hybrid. Looks cosmetic with no real value addition. - Family car.It's a good family car, for mileage, space, comfort. I think how it's comfortable, feel in long drive with family. It's also good in stability, balance while braking in speed condition in it's class. One more thing for me it's looks, on the way it's looks very good as a viewer. It's a true sedan for family.

- Value for money luxury carMaruti Ciaz is a nice car at this price and the look is awesome moreover car is spacious but fiber material used in bonnet is not good. It breaks are very smooth. There should be a sunroof in this segment and voice recognition is not good as it doesn't take command, you have to do manually.
