Maruti Suzuki comes with another clincher in sub 4 metre sedan segment. While making up my mind, I was looking among Hyundai Xcent, Honda Amaze and Swift Dzire. I took test drive for Amaze and Dzire. I have dropped the plan for Xcent due to low mileage figures & pricing was another key factor for me. When I compared Amaze and Dzire for same price band, Dzire offered me more features than Amaze that also with approx 20K savings. I settled with Dzire-ZXI, which has features in addition to ZXI e.g. infotainment system, DRLs, Projector headlamp and diamond cut alloy wheels. Spending 1 Lakh more for these is perhaps not worth. Coming to specifications of Dzire, the engine of thee is awesome, pickup is great because even at low RPM also you get good power. Top gear in highway drives effortlessly. Overtaking is as easy as handling. In city driving also you can easily pick in 3rd gear if you maintain good balance of clutch. Overall a great car for passionate drivers. Dzire will give you the best mileage in class. The only scope is the toughness of the car need to be improved for bad road. Definitely It's a 5 star car. Value for money. After sales services of Maruti is always pleasure.
