Good but nothing special
I saw Harrier at my local showroom. Honestly, I am disappointed with the quality, particularly finish and attention to detail. Interior quality seemed good. The music system is awesome. Seat comfort is good. Interior ergonomics are not up to mark. Body finish is poor. Many welding areas exposed near boot, chrome beading fitting is terrible, boot interior finish is ordinary, engine bay also exposes welding spots and engine layout is poor. For 20.48 lakh on road here for top end, I think Toyota Innova is a better buy in terms of quality and feels more solid than harrier. I wish Tata should put more effort on fit and finish since the Harrier customers would expect it and compare with competitors.
