The Exter being an offering from Hyundai, it certainly is an all-around package, but it does come with its share of compromises, one of them being safety. This car shares the platform with the i10 which didn't impress in the gap crash test, this certainly tells you what to expect. Being a Hyundai, the ride can be comfortable at low speeds but I'm certain this will affect the handling of this car, which might be below par considering its competitors like the punch to offer a much better ride and handling characteristics thanks to its agile and rigid chassis. On the other hand, refinement of the Exter might be class-leading thanks to its 1.2 liter 4-cyls Kappa engine. The mileage of the car might be on par with the punch. Now, let's talk features and there's a segment 1st feature here as well, DASH CAM, this should certainly make insurance claims a tad bit easier and ensure peace of mind. I'm certain that the sunroof will catch the attention of many buyers, and most importantly, the look of the interiors is just another pleasant surprise. Hyundai certainly did a great job in continuing with the i10's interior. The exterior styling is also fresh and likely to appeal to a lot of people. Overall a feature-rich, premium looking sensible city car.
