A Pathetic Car
I own a top variant Renault Duster which I had purchased in the year 2017. Right after one year of purchase the vehicle started to show problems. I requested Renault India to replace my vehicle but they turned a deaf ear. So I had to send it to the service station which is about 220 kms away from my town for repair. Life Threatening.
Had taken a Duster amt diesel 110ps vehicle and in 1st month itself, it showed its true color. Life-threatening incidents happened and service folks changed the gear assembly (AMT) only to get into the second instance of the incident of steering getting jammed while running. No Proper Service Stations Available.
No proper service stations are available near Siliguri areas. It's totally fraud company & service station available in Gangtok Sikkim having no facilities like instruments & spares.

Don't Buy This Car An Utter Waste
While running it's sudden breakdown the breakdown place is one unknown area for us my daughter was there in the car she is a patient no car or nobody is there nearby we suffered a lot with that duster then we gave to Renault service center they did some work in that car the Renault executive said again this problem will not happen but within 4 days...കൂടുതല് വായിക്കുക

Not happy with Reno service and the product is not good and reno does not handle. The complaint of the customer even not bothering to complaint solve.

Hopeless service backup , wastage of money
Very poor electrical system, worst service backup, the car goes for servicing and comes with defects which are not covered in the warranty.
