    Front Glass And Tyre Damaged Within A Month

    I bought Ford Figo Diesel Top model on December 2020, within a week front tyre was damaged and torn, as well as front Glass gets broken when I use wiper. Within a month, I paid 17,000 Rs to replace the front tyre and front glass. The showroom guys didn't accept for insurance/manufacturer defect claiming, I had to pay for the service cost 17,000 Rs....കൂടുതല് വായിക്കുക

    Performance Is Bad.

    I buy this car in 2019. I drive 30 k only. I spent more money on service compare to the old car very disappointed with Ford.

    Waste Of Money - Ford Figo Aspire

    I made a big mistake in my life by choosing the Ford Figo Aspire. Within 15 days of the purchase, the Air conditioner was not working. Service side is also very poor. I feel to sell my vehicle. Please do not prefer ford product at any cost.

    Nice Car But Need To Work On Some Features;

    I have a Ford Figo Aspire petrol 1.2L, 3 cylinders  Cons - The engine is not punchy, noisy over 3000 Rpm and the big one is ford service very bad. Seats are totally uncomfortable. Pros - good handling gives you confidence at high speed, built quality is good as compared to others.

    Ford Aspire- low cost car with lowest reliability

    I purchased the Ford Figo Aspire  Diesel Trend model in June 2017. Overall experience is good but some basic issues are there especially comes out when we run for 25000+ kms and this is due to comparatively poor reliability over other cars in this range.     The car is very good at the begining with good pick up and stability but after two years of use 30000 km the body makes a lot of noise, suspension is very average now, there is problem with pick up when AC is on.     Terrible Mileage 9km/l

    Fuel efficiency claimed for Trend Plus 1.2 Petrol is 20.4km/l. I am getting 9km/l in the city. I bought my car in mid-May 19. I have driven about 350kms. I contacted the service center. I was asked to drive 10000kms. According to them the mileage will increase post that.

    Don't buy, go for amaze

    Services of Ford agency poor Defective material use in car, agency decline the claim, The car was good, maintenance cost is too high service poor staff in agency disgusting.

    Car is Good

    Car is good but service is not good enough second thing which I feel, the front seat is very bad in terms of long drive, i just drove 200km. long drive and I feel seats are not comfortable.

    Excessive Loud Noise is a deal breaker

    I purchased the new Ford Aspire Titanium variant in October, just 9 days after its launch. What prompted me to buy this was good looks, value for money & positive user response of the old edition Aspire.     Not Recommended

    It is not a city car. Poor Gear Box and Engine cant push after a short haul. While on the highway this car turns into a beast. Very poor service quality by Ford Service Center across the country.

    Poor and ridiculous service.

    Trust me ford gives very poor service. I got my car accidented and when i called them to arrange the pickup and get it repaired, these people were like we don't have such facility and you have to drop your car at our service center.  Ridiculous when the car has got accidented how could they expect me to do so, specially elite ford bangalore is very...കൂടുതല് വായിക്കുക

    Worst service..Once gone is gone..

    Extremely disappointed with Ford !! What do you do wen your car is stuck up in rains , broken down and that too in yesterday heavy rain in Mumbai !! No mechanic touches your car as it is FORD...     Air bag not working

    My complains is about Manufacturing defect  Engineering fault (Airbag was not opened during accident).   Few months back I was driving my new Ford figo Aspire titanium + (that just buy on same day at approximately 11:00 Hours) near my residence, Gujarat.
