What is the difference between old Tata Nano and new Tata Nano?

Tata Motors had introduced a new variant as Tata Nano Twist on 13th January 2014. The ''most economical car on planet earth'' has received improved equipment inside and garnished exteriors with some mild styling tweaks. The revamped Nano gets an all new Power Steering option that comes handy while driving in city traffic. However, the Power Steering is only been incorporated in Twist variant which is been designed by ZF. Inside the cabin, the centrally mounted cluster now comes equipped with LED temperature and fuel gauges. The car now has an updated instrument console, redesigned distance to empty function, and an updated interference of digital trip and clock. Talking about the exterior changes, the new variant looks identical to the previous one and there isn't much of a change except that the 'Twist' badge is embossed on the tailgate. The vehicle gets a new 'Damson Purple' body colour, which was first shown in the 2012 Auto Expo. The car now has bold usage of chrome strips on the front and rear ends and a redesigned bumpers adds more to its appearance. These changes, although not much, have lent a fresh look to the new Nano. Rear bumpers are now provided with bigger air vents that will ensure enhanced cooling of the car’s rear-mounted engine. A new glove box has been provided in the entry-level car. The reworked Nano comes with better-quality fabric, trim and colour changes in its interior cabin, along with a more comfortable seating arrangement than the previous model. The top-end Nano trim will come with an integrated audio system with CD, MP3, Aux-in, USB and Bluetooth capabilities. The car stereo system has been mated to two speakers that are placed on the dashboard.
