Tareekh Pe Taarikh.
I have booked Tata Nexon EV on 24th Dec 2019. I have done an online booking. After the Car Launch, Tata assigned a relationship manager to answer any queries. RM promised me that car will be delivered by mid End of Feb 2020. He kept changing the delivery dates after Feb and the car was never delivered till March-end. After that lockdown started and I stopped following up with them because I knew they's can't do anything till lockdown ends. On 24th May, RM calls me and said your car will be delivered by 10th June, and please make the Loan disbursement. I believed them and done the disbursement. Till 10th June there was no update. On 10th June RM told me that there is some delay and the car will definitely be delivered by 15th June. Again no update till 15th June. On 16th June I called the RM and asked what happened he said the car is not yet dispatched from the factory and it will take another 2 to 3 days. At this time I got angry and I asked him a conference with his boss. After a couple of followups, he finally conferences me with his boss. His boss apologized and said give us 2 to 3 days and we will confirm the delivery. I said, give me some date by when you will deliver the car. He said at max it will be 25th June. Today is 20th June and the RM called me again and said that by the end of this month Car will be delivered. I don't believe them now because they are doing this again and again without any regret. I am stuck now as loan disbursement is already done my first EMI will also be deducted now and I won't have a car.
