Look and style is good but no so great, driving comfort is average, pick up is not good at 2nd gear, mileage is average, features are not so great, urgent need is to improve the suspension because it is horrible and lousy  on bumpy roads and even small potholes give great jerks and makes journey uncomfortable and tedious.                 

Look and Style are good but they are also not going to compensate the other problems. Comfort is not up to that level. In the bumps, the car produces a sound like something hit the bottom of it because of low ground clearance. The very first thing is that the i20 is a premium B+ segment car, not any hatchback. Though its a bit  costly than other hatches but it actually deserve the price u pay for.
