Great car.
Great car.
I have driven my safari stroke of nearly about 48 thousand km in the last 5 years. Let me start with what is great about this car, highway mileage which is about 13.5kmpl, great comfort for long-distance travel. I have drove from Pune to Rajasthan and back to Pune which is around 3300km and I am very happy with the comfortable seats and leg room for all passengers. Even Now lets me share the negative sides of this beast: 1- Braking. This is one of the areas which I felt lacking a lot in this car. On highways with all 7 seats occupied and at a speed of 80-90kmph, urgent braking doesn't seem to be great. This is one the major area of concern. 2- Body roll and noise that comes in the cabin is too much. 3- Plastic parts quality is average and many parts need replacement as early as within 5 yrs for e.g- Gear knob and buttons.
