ഹാരിയർ - Class Apart Proper SUV 20 Lakh Range ൽ
Harrier is unlike any car that Tata has built till date. The build quality, interiors, ride quality, driving comfort, the mileage you just name it, and it's there. Just a few days ago I was taking a test ride of it. I had the opportunity to sit in Range Rover Discovery Sport. Harrier gives you the same feeling inside. Doors are solid, heavy and you really got to pull them with proper grip to close. City Driving is ok. At night, when you start the vehicle and DRL switch on, all I can say is the car turns heads people just stop and try to figure out which car it is. In off-roading, It's a front-wheel-drive but the top model has three driving modes - city, wet and rough road. It also offers hill descent control. I have driven the car on a jungle safari, there was no road only riverbed stones and streams with water up to Tyre level. The car does inspire confidence to take everything in its stride like Pajero. We also drove it on rocks, hilly terrain, steep incline, 170 PS engine does not disappoint you. At Highways, the car picks up good speed in no time and can go the distance. All in all, Harries is a much better option that Hector, Seltos, Creta & XUV 500. I just had one feedback to the dealer, drop TATA from Harrier and sell it under Range Rover brand. This car is nothing like TATA motors vehicle.
