Good Car Poor After Sales Service

Bought this car 3 years back. Now thinking of moving to a different brand. I will try to make my review point wise. Please note that my experience is in Kolkata hence the cons might not be applicable for all cities. Pros: 1. Car driving experience will be great. 2. Ride Quality is also great. 3. Perfect car for city road as its very easy to handle and maneuver. 4. Fuel Efficiency is good on highways but comes down a lot in city road. Cons: 1. After sales service is very poor. 2. No mechanism to highlight workshop wrong doing which is very common. 3. Spare Parts are costlier than competitors. 4. AC is not reliable can break down any time.
