Mileage spoils the experience, otherwise the car is pretty good. The driving experience is great. Although seems to lose control when driving a little faster. Love the interior, a comfortable 6/10

I purchased the new Jeep in 2019. Upon driving the car, Initially, the clutch got malfunctioned at a vehicle run of approx 2000 kms. Now again at a KMs run of 12500, it again burnt. I am very disappointed and shocked by what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don't do that. While I do understand that manufacturing errors can happen, still I can't comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. Also, twice it happens. Really Not expected a Company like - JEEP. This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation. 

In Dec'19 I had purchased Jeep Compass limited plus petrol version, within few months driving seat panel got out, given 3 time replacement but still same issue is there no improvement at all. At the time of 6 month free checkup they have not told there is any issue in the car but at the time of one year servicing, now they are saying there is issue in the battery which need to be replaced. unfortunately i gave car after completion of one year for servicing so they are saying you will not get the battery free, you have to pay for it. Don't know what kind of 3 year warranty they are telling us. Also, they told me there is an issue with ABS sensor which we will replace under warranty. Now my question is such type of issues are coming in just one year? What is the value of the brand? Don't know whether they are doing proper testing or not. Most noticeable thing is, almost all Jeep customers are facing same type of issue but still no proper solution support from Jeep instead they are asking money for the part nothing else.

Great car to drive, the premium car feels for the money paid. Mileage is decent and it all depends on how you treat the car.

I bought the vehicle in 2018 April. Driven 35k km. Clutch changed twice not covered under warranty. Even Jeep accepts that their clutch is not durable. So if you are ready to pay for a clutch every 20000 km you can buy it. Another issue I had was fuel line leaks with 25000 km. Couldn't find a solution by Jeep. Changed entire assembly. Cost 1.6 lakh, fortunately under warranty. Battery life lost only for a year again with 15000 km. So it's going to be repeated problem giving vehicle and ready to spend a lot more money if you are buying Jeep compass.
