Expensive vento service
They charge around 16k for first service 15k km Service The breakdown is like 6k for labour and 10k for oil and filter and alignment. I was expecting it to be around 10 max 12 But 16 is too much expensive general service. Not a single part is been replaced or repaired this is just for general service.

Faulty car Sold to me
VW is a proven cheater and they don't care about their customers one bit. VW has not learnt anything from the hefty fine on cheating in the USA. Service cost kills
I have vento diesel and iam using since 5 years all I want to say is the quality comfort and drive of the car is Excellent, just the disappointment comes when we service the car due to its service cost and cost of the spares compared to skoda. Horrible company

Bad experience of my life
Look and Style: It is decent I bought the Volkswagen Vento in 2011, It has given me the most horrific times of my life. Overheating problems in the car could not be resolved by the company authorized service station. I bought a vento from Palace Cross Bangalore in Feburary 2012.
