Pathetic Experience
I brought a new Ford Figo on June 20 and its mileage is 7 kmpl. Even showroom and service is least bothered to help out in this situation. Would never recommend anyone to buy from the Ford brand.

Experience With Ford Figo
Most unreliable engines. Worst service stations. They 3 times replaced injections but unable to fix the problem. Every time the service advisor tells the story of engine breakdown. Finally, I sold the car on scrap value. My total money was lost. Don't buy any Ford product.

Never Again With Ford;
Ford Figo - Great product from the factory, utterly disappointing from the service. I own the 2017 Figo titanium petrol which as on now has completed 34000kms. It's a great drivers car and a joy to drive on twisty and corners comes with everything you need from good features to great comfort. Not Worth The Money.
I am driving this car(Petrol Mid variant) for 3 years. Not at all efficient! You will spend most of the money on fuel. Coming to the service, if you raise any complaints about the vehicle, you get the advice to replace the part. I purchased this car since it was fitting in my budget and had good safety features.
