Rusty silencer, 22000 km, not covered in warranty

I am the owner of Kwid RXT (O) since October 2015, I have a very bad experience with the car quality, it's too much noisy, mileage is almost 15 km per litre. The company is claiming 4 years warranty but not fulfilling the promise. The silencer of the car became rusty just after 22000 km ride, costly service, parts are also costly. They are charging 2800 rs for replacing back portion of the silencer. I was waiting for a long time to get advisor tips regarding my car's status. I reached at 10 Am on Jalandhar center but till 4 PM I was not confirmed about the status of the car. Advisor was suggested me to claim insurance for very small dent and scratch on the front side. When I asked him for warranty of car then he was saying that I will not get it from the company, then what is the meaning of warranty if Renault is giving my claim regarding rusty silencer of the car. I am facing so much problem with Renault Kwid. Quality of material used to make this car is of a very poor standard. Anupam Kumar
