Very Poor Experience

We bought a Hyundai Eon (Era variant) on May 4, 2016, from Kusalava Motors, Eluru, Andhra Pradesh. And already, the car has run into problems seven times. It fails to start every time, forcing us to take help from four other members to push the car. Twice, even the showroom sales persons came to push the car. But still, they are not paying heed to my troubles. We've been to the showroom five times asking them for assistance but to no avail. We are left to request our neighbours to push the car to get it started; who in turn have been asking us is if this a new car at all or a second-hand car? We are completely fed up of this car. Within 17 days, it has thrown up problems on seven occasions and it still has not been rectified. The salesperson, who sold the vehicle to us, has also begun avoiding us. This has been the worst decision of my life... of having chosen this car. Seeing all the reviews, I feel bad for myself. My suggestion to those considering this car is to not go by the reviews online and personally get an experienced customer's feedback. I'm writing this review in the hope that, perhaps, someone may benefit from my it. Thank you.
