Ertiga is the best car for middle-class families. The maintenance is fine, all the rows of the car are good and comfortable, 3rd row is good for a 3-4 hour journey, the projector light is not good as other segment cars, but it is fine. The suspension is not soo stiff but the stability at the highway is fine.
