It's a hot-looking car and you must be surprised why did I go for the NISSAN X-trail Elegance. Initially, I used to own a Pajero...after selling the Pajero, it was a tough decision as to which next SUV to buy. Still, we were more keenly interested in an SUV available in the Indian market. We did a test drive of all the possible SUVs available in Dec. 2004 and finally settled down for the X-TRail Elegance. No doubt the car is a diesel engine but on my first-hand trial I strongly believed it is a petrol engine. The car is smooth..too smooth. X-Trail elegance is Extremely good for adventurous rides!!! I reside in Mumbai. It is always seen on Mumbai roads. The cruise control knobs(3 positions), large sunroof,5-spoke alloy wheels, and sporty looks are simply superb. The height should be increased as with this height it looks like an SUV for ladies. The headlamps and taillamps r too good. Along with the features of the Comfort model, this Elegance model has various added features like 4 spoke leather steering, 2 Din AM/FM plus 6 CD auto changer with 6 speakers, rear cargo net, a center console with lid, leather seat trim material, etc.
