5 DOOR Cooper D നിരൂപണം
The iconic British luxury car maker, Mini has launched its compact hatchback in the Indian auto market, which is christened as Mini 5 DOOR Cooper D . It will compete against the likes of Mercedes Benz A Class, BMW 1 Series, Volvo V40 Cross Country and others in this segment. This hatchback is powered by a 1.5-litre diesel engine under the hood, which has the ability to produce 116bhp in combination with 270Nm of torque output. This motor is cleverly mated with a six speed automatic gear box, which sends the power to its front wheels. At the same time, its braking and suspension mechanism are quite proficient and keeps it well balanced. The exteriors are designed with a large bonnet, which has a prominent company logo. It also has a chrome plated radiator grille, neatly crafted headlight cluster with day time running light, chrome treated window sill and several other features, which gives it an attractive look. On the other hand, its black dashboard gives the interiors a prominent look. It features a multifunctional steering wheel, a large glove box and well designed AC vents. The well cushioned seats are covered with premium upholstery and comes with adjustable head restraints. In terms of safety, the company has bestowed this hatchback with all essential features, which makes it one of the safest vehicle in its segment.
Exteriors:
The exteriors of this hatchback are designed with an aerodynamic body structure. Its frontage has a sleek bonnet, which is embossed with a prominent company logo. The bold radiator grille is fitted with a few chrome plated slats. It is flanked by a neatly crafted headlight cluster that is incorporated with high intensity halogen lamps and day time running lights that gives the frontage a dynamic appearance. The body colored bumper has a black cladding, which protects the vehicle from minor damages . It is bestowed with a wide air dam, which is flanked by a pair of round shaped fog lights. Its large windscreen is accompanied by a couple of intermittent wipers. The side profile is dominated by strong character lines. The door handles and outside rear view mirrors are treated in silver, while B-pillar comes with glossy black finish. It has chrome plated window sill that gives the hatchback a distinct appeal. The flared up wheel arches are fitted with a set of 16-inch light alloy wheels, which are covered with high performance tubeless radial tyres. Its rear end is designed with a radiant chrome surround tail light cluster and a curvy boot lid. The large windshield is integrated with a defogger and a high mounted stop lamp. Interiors:
The spacious internal cabin of this Mini 5 DOOR Cooper D variant is designed in carbon black color scheme and equipped with a number of sophisticated features. The smooth dashboard is equipped with a few aspects like a leather covered steering wheel with silver accent, well designed AC vents, a large glove box and an instrument cluster . It also has a 6.5-inch TFT color display for multimedia, navigation and other functions as well. This mill is integrated with a direct fuel injection system and skillfully paired with an advanced six speed automatic transmission gear box. The peak power produced by this motor is 116bhp at 4000rpm, which is quite good . At the same time, it generates a maximum torque output of 270Nm at 1750rpm. This power plant delivers an impressive mileage of 28.57 Kmpl on the bigger roads, while in the city, it returns nearly 25.6 Kmpl. Meanwhile, this vehicle can achieve a top speed in the range of 200 to 203 Kmph and crosses the speed mark of 100 Kmph in around 9.2 seconds from a standstill.
Braking and Handling:
The automaker has incorporated it with an efficient suspension system that enables it to remain stable at all times, while dealing with jerks caused on uneven roads. In terms of braking, both the front and rear wheels are equipped with disc brakes, which delivers excellent performance. The advanced anti lock braking system is also available that further assists in improving this mechanism . On the other hand, it is bestowed with an electronic power assisted steering system that minimizes the efforts of driver and makes handling convenient even in heavy traffic.
Comfort Features:
This Mini 5 DOOR Cooper D trim is available with several interesting comfort features. It includes the MINIMALISM analyzer that records the driving data, while the Mission Control feature that notifies about the outside air temperatures and reminds fastening of seat belts. Then, there is the navigation system, which helps in reaching the destination without losing the way.
