Thinking of buying a Zest ?

Zest is okay except for poor city mileage and the poor ride quality on our Mumbai roads. BUT There are a couple of things you must know. Soon after buying the car, I had to send it to Concorde Motors as the engine used to start sputtering. The car would lose power and then stop. It went back and forth to the service station several times until they finally managed to fix it. There was water logging in my area recently and the car had to be sent to Concorde Motors for servicing. It took them a long time - a lot of cars were sent to them. BUT, it took them half a day to return the car. They refused to accept a cheque but didn't manage to convey the NEFT details. So, expect very poor service after buying this car.
