This car is superb & value for the money. Superb noise insulation inside the cabin. Regarding the mileage of the car: The car gives a fuel economy of min 12 to 18kmpl in optimum condition. In Ecomode,it gives upto 19 to 20kmpl on plain roads. Don't expect miracle from this car and also the other cars in this segment. Music system is superb, it rocks. Height adjustment is a great feature. Gear shifting is very smooth & soft. Overall I can say great satisfaction. I have read some reviews, what has been written is just out of frustration & less knowledge of the cars & more expectations. I agree the problem regarding Tata service centre expertise. They are least bothered at times. Tata should dump all old Dealer & Service centres, but this issue is regarding the service centre and not the car. Such problems also come in cars of other companies also. I have seen & experienced in Maruti & Ford also (don't know about others). This doesn't mean that a car is bad. Comfort is at the best or we can say at par. All the latest systems like EBD, Airbags, ABS have been given for almost all the models of the Zest. I have driven other cars also. Performance is the best in this segment of cars & if expecting more please buy BMW. Again fuel economy is as desired in this car. If you want more then please buy Bajaj auto Rickshaw, it will be good. Today, people use such platforms to vent out their frustration which is not good.
