Nice looking car good mileage but cheap interior

I own a kwid RXT 800 cc since July this year. It is a good looking car with many features such as touch screen and GPS. Besides these pros, the car lacks a sturdy suspension. Even while driving with half of prescribed payload, on potholes smashing sound is coming from the suspension. As far as the interior of the car is concerned its build quality is very cheap. The glove box cover is malfunctioning even after getting checked by the dealership. At first, I was not satisfied with the mileage but the dealership described me the proper way to check it in the digital console. Recently on my trip, I got around 25 km/l which is quite impressive. Since July I am trying to get back some money from Bhubaneswar Renault dealership which I had overpaid during the purchase.But no result. The dealership is very concerned regarding their performance feedback which I have to provide to the company, but they are not bit serious about the quality of service. They are repeatedly requesting me to give positive feedback despite the fact that they failed to resolve my issue.
