Bad experience from the day of purchase. Duster- pulling left side from day one. Dealer-NCR motors charged for accessories said they will install at home in a day or two, it's been four years and it was not to be despite repeated reminders on email. After-sales service has been a pain every time. Their workshop and mechanics are ill-behaved and ill-trained. They just talk sweet and never rectify any defect except servicing. Each defect takes three to four visits of the car to their workshop. I have all service records and emails to verify this review. Customer service is pathetic- despite repeated complaints, the company is not interested in taking up any issue with the dealer. It's Humiliation galore as a Renault customer.
