I have been using a Ciaz, patrol, manual, sports trim for the past one year. It's major plus points are the elegant black leather-like interiors and the great mileage. I get more than 20kmpl on the crossed highways and 16 to 18Kmpl in Cochin city drive. Service and other maintenance costs are very low as also spare parts. The negative is its poor pickup and acceleration, not a big issue, if you are not a very competitive driver like me. This has been improved in the New Ciaz by the boost to the torque by the hybrid component. Ciaz sports is elegant looking but not perceived as an upmarket car by Car snobs. It is a great choice, if you are in the market for a value for money car with low running costs, maintenance, great comfort and doesn't care about the opinion of snobs nor if you aren't a maniac driver.
