my happiness is limited for short time

Look and Style : great look & style. turns heads where ever i go. Comfort: rear leg room is not soo roomy it is  same as honda city ,verna,ford fiesta etc. so quite satisfied .no one can beat  tata manza in this aspect. Pickup : intially found quite sluggish in second gear..but as understanding of gears got better. Pick up is gud. Mileage : i am getting 13kmpl  in city & on highway is 15 kmpl. Best Features : since i got emotion version..ter is no frills inside.simply loved it`s boot space. Needs to improve : ter are many ..firstly about a/c  which is ineffective when outside temperature is more than 40deg c ( i didn`t put any sun control fim yet). Ground clearance is big issue which makes this car only in city any bumpy roads & uneven speed breakers are strictly no no. i think fiat shuld increase it to min 175 mm.above all the horrifying experience which i am going through rite now regarding spares. Overall Experience : it`s only a city car .if you are not brand thinker than tata manza is much better option.my car is just 25oo kms done and i suffered a compressor mounting bracket failure...the car a/c belt got damaged in the middle of road.i have to call fiat road assistance which came after 1.5 hour when it was just at 20 mins distance.on investigating in workshop this thing came up. my car was taken for repair on 21st october 2011..till now ter is no trace of spare part arrival from the factory. Fiat has responded  only after 1 week and asked the workshop to change engine bare body  which is a very big job & workshop has informed it would take seven days after they recieve spare part. On my insistence they provided me with a another car ( tata vista) after a week. i am yet to recieve my linea from them. so  kindly think before if ur taking it..this car is much suitable for ppl in around pune may be then u can get spare part early.i am shattered seeing this...it`s a brand new car going through this. since then i stopped reccomending this car to my frnds. if u need more info jst comment on this. thnx sunil
